Hi, I’m Rebecca! (she/her)I’m passionate about choregraphing learning and internal communications solutions that bridge knowledge gaps and enhance employee development.For over 10 years, I have led results-focused talent development programs and managed corporate communications. I have set learning strategy and built a L&D department from the ground up, directed projects impacting hundreds of employees, and authored hundreds of reports and documents leading to organizational growth. Project:
A new processing system was being introduced at a financial institution requiring training for approximately 200 employees. This Executive Overview outlines the scope, design, delivery, and outcomes of the project.Learning Solution:
Through formal training, independent learning, an incentive program, and ongoing assessments, employees were provided extensive preparation, resulting in achieving stretch goals for all success metrics.Tools Used:

Performance Gap:
New hires were unfamiliar with the areas of the company other than their own, and were not clear on the various areas’ responsibilities or how they work together.Learning Solution:
Interactive activity during onboarding designed to help participants consider various connections between departments and gain understanding of the importance of each area on the overall organization.Tools Used:

Performance Gap:
Nonprofit volunteers were unfamiliar with how to pull donor reports, leading to reporting delays if the Fundraising Chairperson was unavailable.Learning Solution:
